N564BL - main 2

Here's a luxury LSA aircraft that looks like it's moving when it's sitting still.

The BRM Aero Bristell aircraft are known for their all-metal construction, spacious cockpits, and robust performance. Designed by the same person who designed the PiperSport, the Bristell cabin is 51 inches wide, wider than most single-engine piston cabins (a Bonanza is only 42" across!). The streamline bubble canopy provides outstanding visibility for both the pilot and passenger. The surprisingly low stall speed (Vso) of 36 KIAS and relatively high performance with its Rotax 912ULS, combined with its luxurious feel and style, make this an attractive LSA.

N564BL - main 1

N564BL was factory-built by Czech Republic-based BRM Aero, and the build quality is visually evident inside and out. This aircraft began life as an S-LSA, but was converted to an E-LSA when the original owner added a backup alternator as a significant safety measure. Other than the 2nd alternator, the aircraft remains factory stock.

Please carefully review the specs, the detailed high resolution image gallery, and the walkaround video below. A significant effort has been made to fully review all logbooks and document the specifications and history of this aircraft. If you reach out to me, I can digitally share all logbooks and important documents.

Aircraft Evaluation

As the broker, I make a significant effort to represent an aircraft in as much detail as possible. I share with you not only the benefits and features I've discovered, but also the issues or concerns that I found during my extensive intake and deep logbook review process. I present dozens of detailed, high resolution images, and an extensive walkaround video. Please review this material in detail. All logbooks and other important documents are professionally scanned, well organized, and available for your review.

My goal is that any Buyer making the effort to look at an aircraft in person can first see the aircraft "virtually" on this web page.

Exterior - The exterior of this Bristell is in nice, nearly new condition. The level of quality work that comes from the factory build is apparent when you look closely at perfectly set rivets across the beautiful lines of the aircraft. Paint is rich and deep, with no obvious flaws or issues.

Aluminum is in excellent condition, overall. There is a very minor deformity on the left inside flap, next to the wing walk, where someone likely stepped in the wrong place (see detailed images). Other than that, I didn't see any other notable issues.

The Image Gallery (below) contains close-up, detailed, high resolution images so that you can get a great view of the aircraft exterior.

Instrument Panel - This Bristell has an impressive IFR Garmin all-glass instrument panel. The two large Garmin G3X Touchscreen panels dominate the space, serving as PFD/MFD and providing engine management and access to COMs. A GNX375 serves as a GPS Navigator, enabling LPV approaches down to 200 ft, and providing transponder functions along with ADS-B In and Out. The aircraft also has a Garmin GFC500 digital 2-axis autopilot. You can't do much better than this on a panel.

Please refer to the "Avionics and Equipment" list above for complete details, and to the Image Gallery below for close-up images.

Interior - The wide-body interior of a Bristell is a treat for anyone, especially if a pilot is tall and/or has a wide girth. Even if you're the FAA-standard 170 lb pilot, this interior is for you! The four-point seatbelts keep you snug in a set of very comfortable cloth seats. The huge bubble canopy offers a view that you won't get with most others in its class.

The luxury interior of N564BL is in good condition, void of rips, tears, or any unusual wear. It shows as you would expect for an aircraft this new with as few hours as this one has. Please look at the high resolution images in the Image Gallery for more details on the interior condition.

Overall - A Bristell is one of the nicest, most advanced, and certainly one of the best looking LSA aircraft on the market. N564BL is a good example of a clean, ready-to-go, IFR-capable, all Garmin glass LSA luxury aircraft. One of the only things that the factory overlooked was adding a backup alternator to these aircraft, and this aircraft has one installed already. What a great platform for inexpensive, technologically advanced, comfortable flying.
