Aircraft Evaluation

As the broker, I make a significant effort to represent an aircraft up front in as much detail as possible. I share with you not only the benefits and features I've discovered, but also the issues or concerns that I found during my extensive intake and deep logbook review process. I present well over 100 detailed, high resolution images, in some cases noting directly on the image a potential issue which caught my attention. Please review all images in detail. All logbooks and other important documents are professionally scanned, well organized, and readily available on the cloud for your review.

My goal is that any Buyer making the effort to look at an aircraft in person can first see the aircraft "virtually" on this web page and through video. This helps the Buyer avoid surprises when they arrive to view the aircraft in person.

Exterior - The exterior of this SR22 G3 is in nice condition. Having been always hangared, the factory original paint has retained its depth and shine, and is still in good condition for its age. The paint does have some areas of haze/fade and is not perfect. The hazy areas are evident on the engine top cowling and along some areas of the cabin roof and empennage. The paint trim at the trailing edge of the top of the TKS anti-ice wing and horizontal stabilizer leading edges shows some minor fading. There is one difficult-to-spot place on the right side of the lower engine cowling where the paint exhibits some very minor spider cracking. These nitpicky blemishes can be seen in the detailed images in the gallery below, and are regarded as cosmetic-only.

The aircraft has no hangar rash or any blemishes which I would consider an issue. It has good ramp presence and looks great!

Instrument Panel - This top-of-the-line SR22 has a fantastic panel based on the Cirrus Perspective avionics suite by Garmin. It has remained nearly factory stock, with the addition of a Garmin GTX33ES for ADS-B OUT. Please refer to the Avionics and Equipment list (above) for full specification.

Interior - The interior is in overall good condition. I saw no evidence of separation or tears in the factory leather seating. Door and side panels, and the headliner, look fantastic. The carpet shows typical wear for its age and has been well cared for. The pilot seat has some minor leading edge wear from normal use, as is common in this era of SR22s. This type of leather wear is easily addressed by having the leather professionally reconditioned - I've seen this done on an SR22 and it comes out looking nearly new! Overall - This is a good opportunity to get into one of the finest aircraft on the market. Despite the higher engine time, this aircraft has excellent maintenance history and has been cared for by one of the top Cirrus facilities in Arizona. The engine has been well maintained, has been flown by a very experienced and conscientious pilot, and has an ongoing oil analysis history indicating it is in good health.
