N7350H Cessna T182

1981 Cessna T182
Turbo Skylane II
N7350H

Original Arizona Turbo 182,
well preserved, ready to fly

$225,000 USD

Most General Aviation pilots agree that the Cessna 182 is the best overall airplane in the fleet.

There's not one aircraft that "does it all", but a Cessna 182 does most everything quite well and economically. Relative to the market, a 182 can be acquired for a reasonable price, it carries a respectable payload, it has a decent cruise speed, it can fly slowly when needed, and it fits in as well in the backcountry as it does at the local airport. The Cessna 182 also makes a fantastic platform for power upgrades as well as a platform for improved backcountry capabilities - there are many STCs available for the tried-and-true Cessna 182.

This low-time, IFR-capable Turbo 182 Skylane II is a one-owner, Arizona-based aircraft.

This one-owner Turbo 182 was purchased new from Sawyer Aviation in Phoenix, Arizona, in 1981. It has remained largely original with the exception of the addition of a Garmin GPS Navigator and Garmin transponder. Since it has been hangared since new, the aircraft is in amazingly nice condition for having factory original paint, interior and engine.

Please carefully review the detailed, high resolution image gallery and lengthy walkaround video below. You'll see every inch of the aircraft. If you reach out to me, I can digitally share all logbooks and important documents.

Aircraft Evaluation

As the broker, I make a significant effort to represent an aircraft up front in as much detail as possible. I share with you not only the benefits and features I've discovered, but also the issues or concerns that I found during my extensive intake and deep logbook review process. I present well over 100 detailed, high resolution images, in some cases noting directly on the image a potential issue which caught my attention. Please review all images in detail. All logbooks and other important documents are professionally scanned, well organized, and readily available on the cloud for your review.

My goal is that any Buyer making the effort to look at an aircraft in person can first see the aircraft "virtually" on this web page and through video. This helps the Buyer avoid surprises when they arrive to view the aircraft in person.

Exterior - Overall, the exterior of N7350H is in nice condition. The original factory paint shows depth and has plenty of life left in it. Though it looks good, a professional cleaning and ceramic coat would make it look fantastic. The aluminum looks good in most places. I saw one case of possible hangar rash - the right wingtip had some very minor damage and has been repaired. The leading edge of the left wing has minor damage which resulted in some shallow depression but no paint damage. As is typical with all Cessna singles, the factory plastic tips of the horizontal stabilizer, elevator, and tail have some cracks (some have been stop-drilled, some are roughly repaired). Those cracks are purely cosmetic, and are an easy and inexpensive fix if you want it to look new.

The Image Gallery below shows detailed pictures of the items I've noted, please review those images.

Instrument Panel - The panel is largely original from the Cessna factory. It was upgraded to the 400-series radios, which is a significant upgrade since those radios most often are equipped in the Cessna 210 Centurion and in the Cessna twins. The IFR platform in this Skylane II was significantly enhanced with a Garmin GPS175 GPS Navigator, significantly expanding IFR capability. Overall, the panel is amazingly clean for its age. I did not see any unusual wear or evidence of cosmetic abuse. The plastics look especially good for the age of the aircraft.

Interior - The interior is factory original and, just like the rest of the aircraft, is in nice condition for its age. Plastics have held out well. The seat material shows some aging, particularly on the front of the rear seats where the material has weakened and ripped. Please review the Image Gallery below, it contains high-resolution, detailed images of the interior.

Overall - This aircraft has no damage history and has been well preserved since new. Having been hangared in Arizona since day one, its factory paint and interior have been preserved nicely. The deep logbook review was uneventful - there's not much more in the logs besides standard inspection entries. The engine is beyond the factory recommended TBO, but the owner continues to fly the aircraft without issues. The factory turbo setup is absolutely fantastic for higher density altitude scenarios, and this model of turbo is tried and true with these 182 models.
