Legendary Beechcraft quality, timeless Bonanza design.

The 1940s original Walter Beech design, taking shape as a Bonanza in 1947, has largely retained the same lines and wing form, through today. This timeless design, combined with high Beechcraft quality, means that Bonanzas are not only still relevant, but highly desirable in today's market. The Model 36 series of aircraft offer significantly more room and payload, at generally the same speeds, as some other aircraft which are three to four times the cost to own and operate.

This well-maintained, Garmin IFR equipped, 6-passenger A36 Bonanza is ready to go. Its IFR panel, with 2-axis autopilot, and its nearly 1500 lb useful load, make cross-country travel efficient and easy. This IO-550 300 horsepower A36 is one of the best values on today's market.

Please carefully review the detailed, high resolution image gallery and lengthy walkaround video below. You'll see every inch of the aircraft. If you reach out to me, I can digitally share all logbooks and important documents.

Walkaround Video

Aircraft Evaluation

As the broker, I make a significant effort to represent an aircraft in as much detail as possible. I share with you not only the benefits and features I've discovered, but also the issues or concerns that I found during my extensive intake and deep logbook review process. I present dozens of detailed, high resolution images, and an extensive walkaround video. Please review this material in detail. All logbooks and other important documents are professionally scanned, well organized, and available for your review.

Exterior - Overall, the exterior of N2035R is in good condition. During the intake process, I noted no significant cosmetic issues or damage to the aircraft. I saw no evidence of hail damage or hangar rash. The paint is in fantastic condition for its age, no doubt because it has been hangared over the years. The leading edges of the upper engine cowling doors, above and aft of the nose, show some paint wear/loss, as indicated in the detailed high resolution images below.

The Image Gallery (below) contains many close-up, detailed, high resolution images so that you can get a better idea of the aircraft exterior condition.

Instrument Panel - The IFR panel in this A36 Bonanza is standard "6-pack" style, with dual yokes and a mix of sensible updates. The Garmin GNS430 serves GPS navigator duty, allowing a full range of approaches. Given that N2035R has a fresh IO-550 powerhouse up front, the JPI EDM830 engine management system is one of the most valuable upgrades one could give this panel. The recent Garmin GTX345 transponder upgrade provides complete ADS-B service, allowing wireless connectivity to your favorite EFB (such as ForeFlight) for complete weather and traffic information.

Please refer to the "Avionics and Equipment" list above for complete details of all avionics, and to the Image Gallery below for close-up images.

Interior - N2035R has a standard high-quality interior one would expect from a Beechcraft. The club arrangement of leather seating shows a touch of class to your passengers. Overall, the interior is in fine shape considering that it was last overhauled in late 1999. The pilot's seat shows the most wear, with some separation of the leather upholstery along its side, but the other seats look really nice. The headliner and side panels are void of any defects and are overall clean and presentable.

Please review the high resolution images in the Image Gallery (below) for a detailed look at the interior condition.
