Aircraft Evaluation

As the broker, I make a significant effort to represent an aircraft in as much detail as possible. I share with you not only the benefits and features I've discovered, but also the issues or concerns that I found during my extensive intake and deep logbook review process. I present dozens of detailed, high resolution images, and an extensive walkaround video. Please review this material in detail. Exterior - Overall, the exterior of N89LF is in terrific condition. The paint shows excellent depth, and the color choices look even better in person. The leading and trailing edges of the wings are in nearly perfect shape, and the windshield and windows are a 9+.

During the intake process, I discovered a minor gouge in a stripe decal on the port side of the leading portion of the empennage. And, there are some minor abrasions on the underside of the outboard tip of the left horizontal stabilizer. These are nitpicks that most people won't see. It's truly a clean aircraft.

Instrument Panel - The Cirrus "Perspective Plus" avionics package is a highly refined system delivering fantastic technology to the pilot. Please refer to the "Avionics and Equipment" list above for complete details, and to the Image Gallery below for close-up images. The factory Equipment List is available along with all logbooks and other documents in digital format. That Equipment List is a good way to confirm the optional equipment that came with N89LF direct from the factory.

Interior - Upon opening one of the butterfly doors, the first thing you smell is the wonderful aroma of factory leather seats. The interior shows only very light wear, and looks to be in very good shape.
