N2970L
Low time, dry climate, economical, turbo-charged fun

If you're looking for a nice, dry climate, low time, high performing PA-28RT-201, you've found it!
Enjoy the stability and practicality of a PA-28, and get high performance and ceiling with a turbo. The Turbo Arrow IV's 200 hp Continental TSIO-360 boasts a whopping 168 kts cruise speed at 75% power at 19,000 feet. And, that's on only 12 gallons per hour!
With only 260 hours since major overhaul and a recent annual inspection, this Turbo Arrow IV is ready to fly away. The aircraft is nearly factory stock and has lived in very dry climate nearly all its life, so it's corrosion-free.

Exterior - Original factory paint, has good shine to it, but is showing wear on leading edges, around the windshield frame, and around the left-wing fuel capĀ area (see images below). No hangar rash, overall in great condition for its age. Leading edges of the wings appear to have a few very minor hail or stone dings which are nearly unnoticeable (I missed them on my first inspection).
Interior - Original factory interior, plastics show some age (yellowing) but in good condition. Upholstery is in good shape, no tears or threadbare areas. Carpet is worn but definitely useable.
Overall - This airplane has not been cut up over the years, but has been preserved and is mostly just like it came out of the factory. While cosmetics aren't strong, the low hour engine and airframe make this a fantastic buy for the pilot who wants to economically go the distance in a well maintained Piper.
