N19JP - main 1

Cabin-class comfort at altitude, and air conditioning. This is the way to travel.

Since its inception, the PA-46 has a strong record of innovation and model growth. This PA-46-350P was born at the time when the PA-46 had just taken huge steps forward in technology and performance. This aircraft therefore offers the more modern attributes of the PA-46 family, at a price which is far more reasonable than later models.

Please carefully review the specs, the detailed high resolution image gallery, and the walkaround video below. You'll see every inch of the aircraft. If you reach out to me, I can digitally share all logbooks and important documents.

Aircraft Evaluation

As the broker, I make a significant effort to represent an aircraft in as much detail as possible. I share with you not only the benefits and features I've discovered, but also the issues or concerns that I found during my extensive intake and deep logbook review process. I present dozens of detailed, high resolution images, and an extensive walkaround video. Please review this material in detail. All logbooks and other important documents are professionally scanned, well organized, and available for your review.

My goal is that any Buyer making the effort to look at an aircraft in person can first see the aircraft "virtually" on this web page.

Exterior - Overall, the exterior of this PA-46-350P is clean and in nice condition. The paint has good depth and shine, consistent with an aircraft that has been hangared and well cared for. The dark accent color is listed as "Concorde Blue", though it looks almost black. In bright light, it has an almost green-blue tint to it. The metallic flake in that paint is gorgeous in the direct sunlight.

During the intake process, no evidence of hangar rash or damage was observed. There are a couple of areas where the paint has very minor cracks along body seams. I also observed very minor paint chips and scratches so commonly found around the engine cowl fasteners and tow bar attachment points. The plastic light covers on both leading edges of the wings show some age-related haze. There is a minor ding on the leading edge of the upper door.

The Image Gallery (below) contains close-up, detailed, high resolution images so that you can get a great view of the aircraft exterior.

N19JP - short wide panel

Instrument Panel - In addition to its onboard weather radar, N19JP has been tastefully updated with a compliment of Garmin avionics. The top of the line Garmin GTN750Xi WAAS GPS/Com/Nav radio and touchscreen display is backed up by a GTN650Xi unit with the same capabilities, and both compliment a pair of Garmin GI275s serving as AI and HSI. N19JP also has a Garmin GFC600 digital autopilot, a Garmin GTX345R transponder with ADS-B In and Out, and a Garmin Flight Stream 510 allowing wireless streaming data to and from the Garmin avionics. No expenses were spared while updating the avionics stack on this Malibu Mirage.

Please refer to the "Avionics and Equipment" list above, for complete details, and to the Image Gallery below for close-up images.

Interior - The original interior in this Malibu Mirage is in reasonably good condition for its age. The cockpit ingress/egress areas show wear on the seat edges and some minor abrasions on the headliner. The leather on the cockpit seats shows wear, but not excessive and would likely respond very nicely to leather reconditioning. The inside of the lower portion of the door shows wear on the outer sides of the step. Besides those nitpicks, the rest of the interior is in really nice condition. The passenger seat leather is in nice shape. The carpet exhibits excellent durability given its age and still looks really nice. Please review the detailed high-resolution images below.

Overall - This is an opportunity to get into a well-built cabin-class aircraft with amenities like pressurization and air conditioning, making it a true cross-country traveling machine. The recent IRAN engine inspection, performed by one of the best engine builders in the country, gives some reassurance that the engine is in fine operating condition. The recently upgraded instrument panel extends reliability and assures stronger value into the future. This PA-46-350P is an excellent value on today's market.
