Low time, metal spar, southwestern US-based, aerobatic fun!

If you're looking for a clean, dry climate, low time Citabria 7GCBC Explorer, you've found it!

Here's an opportunity to own a modern day American Champion 7GCBC built in 1995 with factory metal spar and wing flaps, at a fraction of the cost of a late model.

With only 820 hours on the airframe and on the factory original Lycoming O-320-B2B engine, this acrobatic 7GCBC is ready for its new home. The aircraft is nearly factory stock and based in a dry climate.

Exterior - Original factory paint with excellent shine, with an up close appearance that reflects good care. Always hangared, and it shows. Minor fabric repairs on left horizontal stabilizer (see images), and very minor scrape on left wing tip (see image) which most people would not notice. Some very minor instances of hairline paint cracks and blemishes, but no exposed fabric and, again, most people would not notice it. I'm being picky on this, so that all known issues are disclosed to the discriminate buyer. Overall, nice exterior!

Interior - Original factory interior in overall good condition. Pilot's seat shows some wear and has a temporary repair at top right corner (see images). Headliner is in great condition; carpet is in good condition but could use a cleaning. The Hooker Harnesses are in good condition. Instrument panel is neat and laid out well.

Overall - This 7GCBC is an excellent find. It has been well cared for and gently used. Spending most of its life in the dry desert regions of the U.S. has preserved it well during its relatively short lifespan.
